For a single item embroidery may cost $5–8 per 1,000 stitches, depending on the design, while for bulk orders of 150+ items, embroidery pricing can drop to just $2–4 per 1,000 stitches. Typically, embroidered items are shipped between 2 to 4 weeks from when you approve your artwork design. Please note that due to the large number of styles/colors and sizes available we may have to collate items from separate warehouses to ship to you, which may add a few working days in processing time. We will advise you of your dispatch via email.
Our smart embroidery configurator provides you with transparent pricing during the ordering process (no hidden fees!). The prices are based on the number of stitches in your design, which depends on the image size, detail, and quantity of items ordered. Larger and more detailed logos typically cost more, while higher quantities reduce the price per item. Unlike many embroidery providers who charge a set-up fee (usually between $50–$90 AUD), we don’t add any extra fees for orders placed through our online shop. Our smart embroidery configurator automatically calculates the price based on your design’s complexity, stitch count, and the number of items — no hidden costs!
Unfortunately, we cannot not accept returns or exchanges on customised items with personalised embroidery as we are unable to resell your branded garments.

+ Dimensions 12"×16" / 30.48 cm x 40.64 cm / 1500px x 3000px.
+ Remove background from your files, if not needed.
+ Vector art file formats are preferred.
